Our beef is sourced from Hokkaido, Japan and MINCED DAILY on site using only quality cuts. The perfect ratio of fat to red meat along with the minimum handling of the mince creates the juiciest patty. We are proud to say that our patties are the star of the show in every Craft Burger.

Craft Burger co is definitely not your average burger shop. Our dedicated staff put in long hours and use only the best ingredients to create an exceptional burger, every time. Much like our burgers, all of our sides are made in house and NEVER FROZEN. We hand cut our fries and onion rings daily and use 100% canola oil for frying. Our shakes and drinks also use high quality ingredients to ensure satisfaction across EVERY menu item.
