Refund policy

Returns

In general we do not accept returns however in the unlikely event that the product is defective in any way please contact us within 48 hours stating the reason for the return using our enquiry form.

After receiving the defective product we will refund the product price or exchange it for the same product.  We will also bear the shipping fee for returning the defective product.

Return method

- Please return the defective product within 48 hours of arrival.

- Be sure to return the product using a trackable method such as Sagawa or Yamato.

- Be sure to clearly write your name, address, phone number and order number clearly.  If the information cannot be read, we will be unable to process the return and refund.

- Please be sure to keep a copy of the original invoice.

- Please do NOT send via "cash on delivery"

Notes

- Refunds will be made once the defective product has been returned and confirmed.  After the refund is complete we will contact the customer via email. 

- The timing of the refund can depend on the credit card company
